CONDITIONS OF SALE
All
the purchases or services that take place through ferreteriairisarri.es
will prevail by the exposed general conditions in this document.
The hiring of products and services of ferreteriairisarri.es
estimates the acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
related here.
Hardware
Irisarri has its social address in Madrid (Spain), street
Castro de Oro number 1, and the main object is the hardware
article sale.
I.
Prices
The
prices of articles are calculated with VAT including, appear
in Euros and are the effective ones at the present time except
for typesetter mistake.
Hardware
Irisarri will send to the clients the invoice of purchase
of products acquired with the detachhed VAT. The VAT will
not reverberate to those sales that are in favor free of legal
disposition.
II.
Modes of payment
The
purchases will be able to be paid by means of banking transference.
In
case of payment by means of banking transference, Hardware
Irisarri will facilitate to the clients an account number
where they will pay the amount of the invoice plus the expenses
of shipment if they came. Once confirmed the reception of
the transference the order will be sent.
III. Forms
of shipment and downtimes
The
acquired articles will give to the person or Company in the
direction indicated, before attending the order will communicate
to the buyer for their acceptance, the expenses of shipment
and the downtime.
Hardware
Irisarri reserves the right to choose the shipment form and
the company by which takes place this one, unless the buyer
proposes hers specifically, in which case will become position
of all the expenses of shipment, independently of the amount
of the purchase.
IV.
Returns
of material
The
term of return is of 7 (seven) days from the reception of
the order. The expenses of shipment and collection in case
of return will be exclusively the responsibility of the client.

Once
received the merchandise, previous verification of the state
of the same one, the amount of the purchase by means of the
shipment by mail of a nominative check will be given back.
V.
Legislation and Jurisdiction
The
present General Conditions will be interpreted according to
the effective Spanish legislation in the matter. For the resolution
of any litigation the courts and courts of the city of Madrid
will be competent.
